Über die Schweizer Grenze durch Cannobio nach Cannero Riviera. Dort rechts auf die Bergstraße, durch 5 Kehren – ca. 200 m nach der letzten führt links eine Treppe zum Haus. Zum Ausladen kurz bei den Mülltonnen halten, dann 200 m weiter rechts in der schattigen Parkbucht parken (gehört zum Haus). Bitte den Verwalter bei der Durchfahrt in Cannobio informieren.From the Swiss border, drive through Cannobio to Cannero Riviera. Turn right onto the mountain road, through 5 hairpins – about 200 m after the last, a staircase on the left leads up to the house. Stop briefly by the bins to unload, then continue 200 m and park in the shaded bay on the right (belongs to the house). Please notify our manager as you pass through Cannobio.Dalla frontiera svizzera, attraverso Cannobio fino a Cannero Riviera. Lì a destra sulla strada di montagna, per 5 tornanti – circa 200 m dopo l'ultimo, a sinistra una scalinata porta alla casa. Per scaricare fermatevi brevemente accanto ai bidoni, poi proseguite 200 m e parcheggiate a destra nella piazzola all'ombra (appartiene alla casa). Avvisate l'amministratore passando da Cannobio.
Der hautfreundliche Salzwasserpool (sanfte Salzwasserelektrolyse statt Chlor) steht Ihnen von Juni bis Ende August zur Verfügung und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Bitte benutzen Sie vor jedem Badegang die Thermodusche – Sonnenschutzcreme belastet das Wasser erheblich. Im Poolbereich sind keine Gläser erlaubt; bitte tragen Sie Badekleidung. Der Pool wird wöchentlich von unserem Verwalter gereinigt. Nutzung von 07:00 bis 23:00 Uhr.The skin-friendly saltwater pool (gentle saltwater electrolysis instead of chlorine) is available from June to the end of August and offers a wonderful view of Lake Maggiore. Please use the thermal shower before every swim – sunscreen puts a heavy strain on the water. No glasses permitted in the pool area; swimwear must be worn. The pool is cleaned weekly by our property manager. Pool hours: 7:00 am to 11:00 pm.La piscina ad acqua salata, delicata sulla pelle (elettrolisi salina anziché cloro), è disponibile da giugno a fine agosto e offre una splendida vista sul Lago Maggiore. Utilizzare la doccia termica prima di ogni bagno – la crema solare sovraccarica notevolmente l'acqua. Non sono ammessi bicchieri nell'area piscina; è obbligatorio indossare costume da bagno. Wichtig: Bitte verwenden Sie ausschließlich das in Italien erhältliche Toilettenpapier – dieses löst sich in der Sickergrube auf. Keine Hygieneartikel ins WC werfen. Nach dem Duschen Fenster öffnen und gut lüften.The house has a septic tank and is not yet connected to the public sewer. Please keep showers short and use the economy flush buttons on the toilets. Important: only use Italian toilet paper, which dissolves properly in the septic tank. Do not flush hygiene products. Bitte beaufsichtigen Sie den Grill jederzeit und reinigen Sie ihn nach der Benutzung vollständig. Die Asche am nächsten Morgen bitte in den Metallmülleimer unter der Außentreppe entsorgen.The Weber charcoal grill is in the lower garden at the stone bench and stone table. Charcoal and lighter fluid are available at the supermarket. Please supervise the grill at all times and clean it thoroughly after use.
